About the Retreat

During the weekend we honor the Mother with 5 elemental ceremonies. The rest of the weekend is time spent with your sisters to awaken our connected energies or time spent alone in nature to awaken the earth mother within.
We will gather Saturday at noon for a welcome lunch. If you live more than 5 hours from the retreat, contact Amanda for the possibility of arriving Friday evening.
Saturday afternoon we will begin work on our ayni despacho* during craft time. This is a vision board for whatever is going on in your life that you want to achieve, master or bring to fruition. It's not a contest to see whose art work is the best, it's not something you will be taking home, it will be burned during the fire ceremony. If you have clippings from magazines or something else you want to bring to add to your board please do so.
Saturday evening we will begin with the Goddess Attunement Meditation. This is a guided meditation that will connect you with the Goddess within, your power animal and your Mothers before you.
Sunday morning we will put on our ceremonial white and create a processional into the morning sun, with the sounds of signing and drumming and laughing into the air to celebrate the return of the Sun and the turning of the wheel of the year.
Sunday afternoon is the Goddess photo shoot. This is a light hearted photo shoot with everyone wearing their best Goddess, witch, ren faire, or pirate outfit.
Sunday evening we will have the despacho fire ceremony sending our creative energies out into the ethos to grow and birth our desire.
*a despacho is similar to a mandala or sacred creation in tht it holds symbolic elements and the prayers of the participants. As the shaman adds the elements to the despacho, the vibration of the participants and the room raises. The despacho becomes a living prayer that brings energy shifts and healing.
Monday morning we pack up and say our goodbyes until the next event
Terms & Conditions
These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your booking one of our retreats. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them.
DEPOSITS
For all advertised retreats and dates, a non-refundable deposit per person plus submission of our online booking form is required to complete your booking.
You may book a retreat with a deposit (down payment) until 15 days prior to the retreat start date, after which full payment is required to secure your spot (if any are still available).
If the final balance is not received by 10 days before event, then your booking cannot be guaranteed, and MaGaia’s Glade reserves the right to cancel your booking and forfeit your deposit.
*Please note deposits made on all bookings are non-refundable and non-creditable due to the requirement to purchase non-refundable and non-transferable essentials including but not limited to; accommodation reservations etc on your behalf to secure your spot on the retreat.
The deposit for Connecting with Your Innter Divine Retreat is $100.00.
CANCELATION POLICY
We understand that unexpected events can arise that affect your plans.
If for any reason you are unable to attend Connecting With Your Inner Divine Retreat, the following cancellation policy is applied:
Please note the following:
a. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
b. The remaining balance is due within 15 days before the start date of the Retreat unless otherwise noted.
c. After 48 hours of booking, all sales are final.
d. MaGaia’s Glade reserves the right to cancel your reservation if you are unreachable to finalize payment within 15 days of the Retreat. We reserve the right to resell your place, and you will forfeit your deposit.

What is Included
All Meals
Lunch Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Breakfast Sunday morning. And Dinner's Saturday and Sunday evening. All meals provided.
This retreat serves meat and allows alcohol. Vegetarian options are avaliable.
Private Housing
The location is chosen for the event being planned. I offer private, semi private and shared bunk room.
Ceremony and Activities to honor the 5 elements
During the retreat we will honor the 5 elements. Earth- a grounding meditation. Air- a procesion of signing and drumming to honor the Mother. Fire- a fire ceremony to cone energy. Water- a purification ceremony and Ether- child like joyous play

Time for yourself or to enjoy the company of the women joining the retreat
What is Not Included
Flight and Transportation. Knoxville has Tyson McGee Airport (TYS) and is conviently located near our retreat location. If you are flying in we can make arrangements to get you to and from our location.
